The outer portion of this Gothic Pixie Hat is made from black fleece and the lining is made from black fleece. You choose if you’d like the tip to curl down or up. Each hat is made to order. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR GOTHIC PIXIE HAT
Keep away from an open flame and excessive heat.
First always spot clean your hat. If you must wash it, hand wash gently in cold water. You should pull the lining inside out. Then lightly squeeze out access water. This will help the hat to dry faster. Always air/hang dry. Never use a dryer, heat, or a blow dryer, this will ruin your hat. Once done air drying, push your lining back inside and fluff with hand to return your hat to its shape.
I accept all payments through PayPal’s secure checkout. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still continue to PayPal and pay with your preferred credit or debit card.
Please allow 3-5 days for the product to be made and ship. Some orders may take longer depending on custom orders and work load.
All shipping is through USPS. Please note: For international shipping, if shipping costs come to less than what is charged, the overcharge will be refunded if costs are more than 1$.

If shipping internationally please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Shipping times may be longer depending on customs.
All sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges because the product was made specifically for you. If you would like I can send you a photo of the finished product. Just send me a message when you place your order. I do however accept returns, if the product is or becomes damaged when received(which is highly unlikely because the product is quality checked and packaged well) You will then need to ship the entire product back and I will give a refund or an exchange.
I am not responsible for packages going missing after delivery confirmation. Please have a secure place to receive your package. If your package goes missing after delivery, please contact your local postal service.
